  • Performing initial water quality testing to establish a baseline.
  • Sanitizing the system post-installation according to manufacturer and industry standards.
  • Conducting validation testing to ensure water quality meets requirements.
  • Performing a final leak check and providing owner training on the new system. All labor, parts, materials, and equipment must be provided by the contractor, with work complying with local, federal, and VA master specifications, including the use of schedule 80 PVC. Adherence to VA safety policies (hot work, confined spaces, lockout/tagout) is mandatory.
