Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, consumables, supervision, coordination, and expertise necessary to install, maintain, calibrate, and sustain the performance of the Phigenics Water Monitoring Systems (WMS) at the Bedford VA Medical Center. Key tasks include:
- System Maintenance: Ensuring accurate and reliable performance of Phigenics Water Analytics (PWA) systems.
- Consumable Replacement: Monthly CLX reagents; annual reagent tubing/cuvette kits and pH sensors; as-needed CLX check valve sets.
- Calibration: Testing CLX flow function and performing calibration as necessary. Monthly calibration of conductivity, temperature, and pH sensors for WMS-1175.
- Connectivity: Confirming cellular data connection service for the Phigenics Data Exchange (PDX) unit and providing basic troubleshooting.
- Training: PWA overview and operational training during initial startup.
- Reporting: Completing PWA service reports in phiAnalyticsTM.
Exclusions include replacement of non-consumable parts (e.g., pressure regulators, solenoids, sensor housings), liquid end components, antenna extenders, PDX relocation, and addressing specific alarms or notifications not part of standard maintenance.
