The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO21), 6900 North Pecos Road, North Las Vegas, NV 89086, intends to negotiate a sole source Firm-Fixed Price, base plus four option year (OY) contract for on-site CuAg Ionization Services at VA Palo Alto Healthcare System. The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Liquitech, Inc., has the proprietary rights to the equipment in use. Liquitech s technicians are OEM certified to provide parts and service compatible with the equipment. The technicians are also the only individuals authorized to install and maintain the equipment. The OEM will only guarantee work completed by these technicians. The government intends to award the contract on 07/01/2026 to Liquitech, Inc., 421 Eisenhower Lane South, Lombard, IL 60148; SAM UEI: T41NB3MDAPZ6 CAGE CODE: 06ZB1 The estimated Period of Performance will be 07/01/2026-06/30/2031.
