The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date for proposals submission to facilitate the VA team s preparation and publication of responses to technical RFI s received. Proposals are due at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, January 6, 2026.

Proposals must be received by the Contracting Officer at mitchelle.labady@va.gov. It is the responsibility of the prospective offeror to deliver their proposal package in a timely manner.

Due to the number of technical questions received from the RFI s, another site visit has been scheduled for 10:00 AM on Friday, January 2, 2026. Prospective offerors shall meet at the Facilities Management Services (FMS) Conference Room in Building 5A 385 Tremont Ave, East Orange, NJ 07018.
