• Conformance Standards: Services must adhere to original equipment manufacturer instructions, ST108 Standard, AAMI Standard 79, and AAMI TIR 34:2014 recommendations.
• Reporting: Legible field service reports are required immediately after each visit, detailing work performed, technician information, and any deviations. Scheduling with Facilities Management two weeks in advance is mandatory, with check-in/out procedures.
• Personnel Competency: All contractor personnel must complete VA Privacy and Information Security Awareness training. Copies of training certificates, licenses, and certifications are required. An experienced supervisor must always be present.
