• Water Storage Tank Cleaning & Disinfection Services: Periodic cleaning, draining, inspection, disinfection, and filling of four (4) large water storage tanks (360,000 gallons each). This involves pre-cleaning inspections, physical cleaning, disinfection with a minimum 24-hour contact time, and post-disinfection inspections.
• General Requirements: Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, OSHA, VA safety policies, and industry standards. Contractors must provide trained, qualified, and certified personnel, maintain clean and safe work areas, and implement environmental protection measures.
