Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To restore a damaged 3-inch irrigation line, asphalt street surface, and curb and gutter to full functionality and prevent future damage at the Fresno Air National Guard Base.

• Irrigation Line Repair: Excavate, remove, and replace a damaged 3-inch irrigation line (approximately three feet deep). Backfill and compact the trench to 95% maximum density.

• Asphalt Repair: Saw-cut and remove approximately 150 square feet of damaged asphalt. Prepare subgrade and base, then pave with new hot mix asphalt, ensuring a smooth and flush surface.

• Curb and Gutter Repair: Saw-cut and remove approximately 15 linear feet of damaged concrete curb and gutter. Prepare subgrade, form, and pour new concrete to match existing profile and pattern.

• Isolation Valve Installation: Install a new 3-inch ball valve on the irrigation line, located south of the new curb and gutter, housed in a valve box with a removable cover for accessibility. The valve box top will be flush with the final grade.

• Irrigation line repair must pass a pressure test with no leaks.

• Asphalt repair must be smooth, level, and show no signs of settling or cracking.

• Curb and gutter must be properly cured and match the existing profile.

• Valve must be installed correctly, accessible, and functional.

• Work site must be cleaned of all debris and equipment.
