Submission & Evaluation
Interested SDVOSBs must submit their information via email to Charity.Cazee@va.gov, marked Attn: Charity Cazee, Contract Specialist. Submissions must include:
- Company name, address, point of contact, phone, fax, and email.
- SAM UEI number, CAGE Code, and Tax ID Number.
- Type of small business (specifically SDVOSB).
- A capability statement detailing the organization's qualifications and ability to perform the described work.
This is for market research only; responses are not offers and cannot form a binding contract. The Government will use responses to determine if an SDVOSB set-aside is appropriate, or if an alternate set-aside or full and open competition may be necessary if SDVOSB responses are inadequate. No sub-contracting opportunities are anticipated.
Additional Notes
All offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and complete the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). SDVOSBs must also be registered with the SBA-Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS) Registry at https://dsbs.sba.gov. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI.
