- Installation of approximately 3,021.25 SF of LVT (Tarkett: Adaptt, Woodlot, Holly Oak planks, 7.2" x 48") and 420 linear feet of 4" Vinyl Wall Cove Base (Johnsonite Grey Haze).
- Adherence to specific technical requirements for LVT (0.125in thickness, 0.020in wear layer, UV cured Polyurethane finish) and vinyl wall base (6" height, coved toe), including various ASTM performance standards.
- Implementation of active dust control measures, daily cleaning, and proper disposal of trash and debris.
- Thorough preparation of sub-flooring, including correction of deficiencies, cleaning, and priming if necessary.
- Installation according to manufacturer instructions, with a 1-year contractor warranty for installation and all work, in addition to manufacturer warranties.
