This solicitation is for the replacement and installation services of a 900 cfm exhaust fan for the VA Nebraska-Western Iowa Health Care System. The work is a firm-fixed-price contract.

• Remove and properly dispose of the existing 900 cfm cook exhaust ventilator.

• Supply and install a new 900 cfm Cook Exhaust Fan.

• Provide and install all necessary piping, fittings, and components to reconnect the existing equipment.

• Equipment will need to be boom lifted into place.

• Work to be performed on a scheduled weekend.

• Contract Period: Base

• Period of Performance (POP): February 15, 2026, to March 31, 2026.

• Product/Service Code: J056 - Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment - Construction and Building Materials.

• Offers must be submitted by the date and time specified in Block 8 of the SF 1449.

• Pricing must be firm-fixed and include all labor, overhead, profit, materials, shipping/delivery, and associated costs.

• Pricing shall not be handwritten.

• Offerors must provide evidence of Special Licensure (Electrical Master or Journeyperson Licensing issued by the State of Nebraska) and Specialized Training (Lock Out/Tag Out course completion) for personnel performing the work.

• Past performance references (up to five) from the last three years are required.

• Price is the sole evaluation factor.

• Offerors agree to hold prices firm for 90 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers.

• This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-aside.

• Offerors must be registered in the Small Business Administration Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM).

• Technical questions must be submitted in writing no later than 04:00 PM Central Time on January 28, 2026.
