This is an INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE NOTICE only.

The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, intends to issue a sole-source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) - FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements), to EVIDEON INC., located at 1059 Wealthy ST SE Unit 20,2Grand Rapids, Michigan 49506, for the eVideon television system service.

This will be posted to contracting opportunities from 01/06/2026 through 01/21/2026 under NAICS 541519. The Vendor shall provide software subscription and system support service agreement for the existing eVideon patient television system at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS) and its community-based outpatient clinics (CBOCs). The contract covers all necessary software, application maintenance, updates, system enhancement, subscriptions, and database management required to ensure full functionality of the eVideon system. It is intended to maintain continual access to television channels, movies, and educational content for veterans. The period of performance shall be for Base plus four option years beginning April 18, 2026, to April 17, 2027.

This notice of intent is not a request for quotations; interested parties may express their interest by providing a capabilities statement not later than 01/21/2026 at 10:00 am CST, to tiffany.conner@va.gov . When responding to this announcement, respondents should refer to number 36C25626Q0279, Notice of Intent 36C25626Q0279 eVideon television system in the subject line. The capabilities statement must provide clear and Unambiguous Evidence to substantiate the capability of 3rd party to provide the required services. Responding as an interested party under the www.beta.sam.gov website does not constitute convincing evidence of capabilities. A determination not to compete this proposed contract upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Verbal and facsimile responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. All interested parties are reminded to be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov/SAM/ in order to be eligible for award of Government contracts. No telephone calls will be accepted. If after January 21, 2026 @ 10am, no viable responses have been received in response to this announcement, NCO 16 shall negotiate solely with EVIDEON INC.

The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed-price contract. A determination by the Government whether to compete the proposed requirement shall be based upon responses received and is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competition.
