- Technicians with current OSHA 30 and OSHA 10 certifications and equivalent qualifications. Required submittals include a project schedule, work procedures, inspection procedures, testing procedures, safety documentation for approval, a final documentation report with tests and photos, material certifications, and a waste manifest.
