Scope of Work
The required services include a comprehensive SLEP refit for an Eaton 9390 UPS. This involves replacing internal UPS electronics such as the Mini CSB, Static Switch, Power Modules, Control Board, Interface Board, Power Supplies, and Terminal Blocks. Additionally, forty (40) 390n Watt batteries must be replaced, contactors cleaned, and system components inspected. The contractor will also provide a one-year service plan, including 7x24 corrective maintenance coverage, one year of parts and labor coverage, and a guaranteed 8-hour onsite emergency response time. Equipment must meet industry standards (NEC, NFPA99, UL, OSHA, VA) and maintain 95% uptime.
Submission Requirements
Interested vendors must submit a capability statement demonstrating experience in UPS maintenance, repair, or SLEP services. The statement should include company name, address, UEI or DUNS number, point of contact, business size under NAICS 811210 (Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance), and socioeconomic status. Vendors should highlight experience servicing Eaton or equivalent UPS systems and provide qualifications of their Field Service Engineers.
