- Biennial generator PM procedures.
- Annual transfer switch inspections and maintenance (ATS, MTS, and tap-boxes) specifically for the Lyons Campus.
- Unscheduled repairs with a two-hour emergency call-back response time, requiring on-site work within four hours if the issue cannot be resolved remotely. The extensive equipment list includes various Detroit Diesel, Mitsubishi, Cummins, Kohler, and Caterpillar generators ranging from 175kW to 2000kW, plus approximately 50 ATS, 30 MTS, and 8 tap-boxes at Lyons.
