This notice is issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 5, to identify vendors interested in and capable of providing annual maintenance and repair services for Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Systems at the Baltimore VA Medical Center. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, tools, test equipment, materials, replacement parts, and supervision.

• Provide all labor, equipment, tools, test equipment, materials, replacement parts, and supervision for UPS Systems maintenance.

• Perform one (1) major preventive maintenance inspection and one (1) minor preventive maintenance inspection on all UPS/Battery units.

• Verify proper operation of units and perform replacement of batteries and other parts as needed.

• All work to comply with local, state, federal rules, VA technical standards, and Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) guidelines.

• Work to be performed during normal weekday business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.), with potential for 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends for critical areas requiring shut-downs.
