Solicitation

This solicitation is for the procurement of annual inspection, preventative maintenance (PM), and full on-site remedial services for Uninterruptable Power Supplies (UPS) at the St. Cloud VA Health Care System in St. Cloud, MN. The services include scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, parts, labor, and travel. This maintenance is critical for ensuring continued operation during power outages, supporting essential services like MRI, X-ray, CT, and the IT Server Center.

• Perform annual inspection and preventative maintenance (PM) on UPS units according to manufacturer specifications.

• Provide all necessary tools, PM kits, and parts.

• Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• Use only OEM parts or equivalent.

• Pre-schedule all routine maintenance services.

• Ensure UPS units are in normal operational state before leaving the site.

• Provide a site report documenting UPS status and activities within 7 calendar days of completing work.

• Perform on-site remedial services, including troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of defective parts.

• Respond to emergency/unforeseen repairs within 24 hours.

• Provide comparison quotes for commercial pricing of repairs or replacement parts.

• Period of Performance: Base Year (07/01/2026 - 06/30/2027) and four (4) Option Years (07/01/2027 - 06/30/2031).
