The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, NCO 9 Network Contracting Office, on behalf of the VA Medical Center Memphis, is issuing this pre-solicitation notice to support the requirement for a firm-fixed priced service contract for routine and emergency maintenance to be performed on the nine (9) Uninterrupted Power Supply Units (UPS) and Battery System requesting a vendor to perform unlimited on-site repairs, including travel, labor maintenance, inspection and replacement to include Battery testing and reports
The VA is contemplating a base year with 4 option year.
Services will begin on October 1, 2020.
The anticipated contract type will be a firm fixed-price.
The solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpp website on or about July 15, 2020. This date is subject to change.
