This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services for electrical repairs at the VAMC Central Western MA in Leeds, MA. • The contractor must demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of successfully completed experience in repairing, testing, and performing Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) on medium voltage equipment. Installing new equipment does not count as repair experience.

• If subcontractors are used, they must also have a minimum of 5 years of similar experience.
