Purpose

The system must support NFPA Life Safety Code Blue Team Notification and integrate with existing infrastructure.
Scope of Work (Draft)
The anticipated scope, as outlined in the draft Statement of Work, includes:
- Providing a complete, turnkey PA system, encompassing all labor, materials, equipment, and expertise.
- Designing and installing a wired, IP-based PA system with minimum 1-hour battery backup and power line surge protection.
- Integration with existing speakers, nurse call/code blue systems, Lynx system, and the phone system.
- Ensuring system redundancy, hospital-wide coverage, zoned paging, background music, all-call, priority paging, and pre-automated messaging.
- Deinstallation of the current PA system and provision of comprehensive documentation, including "as-built" schematics.
- Adherence to strict performance standards and industry regulations, including RMF Accreditation.
