Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, material, supervision, and quality control for the maintenance, servicing, and general upkeep of the PACS. This includes:
- Annual Subscription: Genetec Software Support (Genetec Security Desk) and Hughes Identification Devices Physical Access (HID PACS).
- Support Services: Telephone, on-site, and emergency support (24/7/365 with 8-hour initiation).
- Preventative Maintenance: Quarterly inspections, system database backups, software maintenance, functionality tests, and updates/patches for all equipment (including HID pivCLASS readers, Genetec Security Center, Mercury controllers, etc.).
- System Checks: Load testing of power supplies and backup batteries, cleaning, adjusting, and checking for loose mountings/connections.
- Controlled Power Outages: Two scheduled outages per year to test system resilience.
- Reporting: Detailed reports for preventative maintenance, controlled power outages, and emergency services.
