- Remedial Services and Emergency Repairs: Unscheduled repairs, initiated by the Contracting Officer or Technical POC. Field Service Representatives (FSRs) must acknowledge service calls within four hours and arrive on-site within 24 hours. Replacement parts must be ordered within 24 hours of notification.
- Reporting: Detailed Equipment Service Reports are required for each visit, and written field service reports must be submitted to Health Technology Management within five business days of completion.
