Purpose

Scope of Work
The requirement is for a continuous gas monitoring system to monitor sterilant gases (Hydrogen Peroxide and Peracetic Acid) used in Steris V-Pro maX 2 low-temperature sterilizers and Medivators Scope Reprocessors. The system must comply with OSHA standards (29 CFR 1910.1000) for a Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) of 1 ppm for hydrogen peroxide. Key components include fixed area monitors/sensors, remote displays, a data acquisition system, remote video display, and associated accessories. The contractor must be an authorized distributor/installer with factory-trained technicians and a minimum of five years' experience. Deliverables include the complete system, cable terminations, mounting, start-up, testing, commissioning, on-site training (minimum 4 hours), as-built drawings, and operation & maintenance manuals.
