Scope of Work

Key responsibilities include system configuration, optimization, issue management, initial troubleshooting and break-fix, training, user/system management, and inventory management. Services are to be performed Monday-Friday, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM, excluding Federal Holidays. The contractor shall provide at least one full-time (40-hour week) AOA.
