The requirement is for comprehensive software maintenance, support, and analytics for BD CareFusion Alaris Infusion Systems. The anticipated contract structure is a base year plus four option years, encompassing:
- Alaris Support Program: Remote Support Services (RSS), technical support during business hours, software/server updates and upgrades, vulnerability patching, project management, access to BD Knowledge Portal, and annual service tokens.
- Alaris Support Program for Interoperability (Option Years 2-4): Includes 24/7 tech support, remote data and practice support, and integrated solutions support.
- Alaris Technical Environment Implementation (Option Year 2): Focuses on achieving full Infusion Management and Smart Pump Programming interoperability with Oracle Health, enhancing nursing workflows, patient safety, and data integration.
