This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation 36C24726Q0118 is issued as a request for quotation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06. This procurement is being conducted as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside, the associated NAICS code is 238990 and small business size 31.84 Million.

DESCRIPTION:

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 7, is seeking a qualified vendor to remove an old fence and install a new fence at the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center.

Fence will provide security to prevent access to unauthorize people, property boundaries, safety for visitors and employees. Contractor shall provide materials, labor, and equipment. Ensure work meets safety and local code requirements. Contractor shall remove and dispose of the existing fence. Contractor shall install 250 of new 8 tall chain link fence including one new 30 wide aluminum slide gate 280 of 6 chain link fence, 280 of 6 perimeter fence, 40 of aluminum ornamental fence, replace the leaning 4 posts, replace 20 of chain link fence, install new rollers and reinstall the two gates, and install new wrought iron fence locate at 1 Freedom Way, Augusta, GA. 30904.
