NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE:
Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Procurement Office East, Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source contract award to AGFA Healthcare 10 South Academy Street, Greenville, SC 29601. The period of performance for contract award is April 15, 2026 to April 14, 2027, with no provision for option years.
This requirement is for the service and maintenance of the Radiology / Cardiology Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS). This Service and Maintenance Agreement is to include licensing, service, maintenance, and upgrades for AGFA PACS. All services are covered under the national DinPACS contract: SPE2D116D0013. This requirement will be for VISN 2.
AGFA is the sole-source supplier of factory authorized Original Equipment Manufacturer ( OEM ).
THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by December 5th, 2025, 10:00 a.m. (EST).
