This solicitation is for a Service Agreement for Endoscopy Gastroscopes Service Maintenance for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Valley Coastal Bend Health Care System in Harlingen, Texas. The acquisition is a 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veterans-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).

• Preventative maintenance and repairs for thirteen (13) Olympus Endoscopy gastroscopes and supporting equipment.

• Turnaround time for prioritized repair is 24-48 hours.

• Accidental damage and full repair coverage included.

• Periodic training and annual preventative maintenance for VA staff.

• Contractor staff require government-issued picture identification and will be under escort on government premises.

• A written service report is required at the conclusion of each service visit.

• Price Volume: No technical information. Must use the B.2 Price/Cost Schedule. Prices are all-inclusive Firm Fixed Unit Price.

• Evaluation: Best benefit to the Government at a fair and reasonable price, based on a comparative evaluation of quotes. Technical capability will be evaluated for completeness and ability to meet requirements. Pricing will be evaluated for reasonableness and balance.

• Offerors must be registered in SAM (sam.gov) and/or dsbs.SBA.gov at the time of offer submission.
