Scope of Work

Submission & Evaluation
Offers must be submitted via email to michael.grier@va.gov. Required documents include a signed SF 1449, signed SF 30 acknowledgements (if applicable), complete schedule pricing, and a 12-month warranty on repairs. Submissions must be in two separate volumes: Technical Capability (demonstrating ability without pricing) and Price (using the B.2 Price/Cost Schedule with all-inclusive FFP). The period for acceptance of offers is 90 calendar days. Evaluation will be based on best benefit to the Government at a fair and reasonable price, considering technical capability, ability to meet requirements, and pricing reasonableness. The origin of manufactured products will also be a factor.
