Scope of Work
The contractor will perform comprehensive removal services, including:
- Pre-Removal Assessment: Diagnostic checks and visual inspection, ensuring utility isolation.
- ICRA Level IV Area Setup: Establishing and maintaining an Infection Control Risk Assessment Level IV compliant work area.
- System Disassembly: De-installing imaging systems and peripherals according to OEM specifications, protecting adjacent areas.
- Component Removal and Transport: Safely removing and transporting all disassembled components from the facility.
- Disposal: Compliant disposal of all removed components, including electronic waste and potential hazardous materials, with documentation if requested.
- Floor Restoration and Clean-Up: Removing anchoring hardware, restoring the floor surface to a flush condition, and ensuring the area is clean.
- Optional Task: The contractor must be prepared to either remove and dispose of, or retain, the ceiling-mounted monitor arm and monitor as directed by the COR.
Deliverables
