The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Northern Indiana Healthcare System, in accordance with RFO Part 12.201-1, Exclusive Licensing Agreements, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Carefusion Solutions, LLC., for the IV Prep Host Conversion Support Services to support integration to EHRM Cerner. NAICS 811210 applies, the small business size standard is $34 million. Contractor shall provide all equipment, parts, labor, supervision, and transportation necessary to integrate from the current Federal Electronic Health System to Oracle Health (Cerner) located at the VA Northern Indiana Healthcare System, 2121 Lake Ave., Ft. Wayne, IN 46805. Services shall be completed within the contract performance period of 12/26/2025-12/25/2026.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 13:00 ET on December 24, 2025.
