This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. This is not a request for proposal, quotation, or bid. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 08, intends to issue a brand name only solicitation for the procurement of comprehensive Medrad Contrast Injector maintenance agreement for three (3) injector systems. The agreement shall provide corrective and planned maintenance on one (1) Medrad Intego PET Infusion System, and two (2) Medrad MRXperion MR Injection Systems.
REQUIREMENT:
The Government will have the option to extend the effective period of performance under this contract for PM Service for a Base Plus (2) Option Years.

The DirectCare Basic service for Medrad injectors is a maintenance and support program offered by Bayer to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of Medrad medical injectors. Medrad injectors are used for various imaging procedures, such as CT, MRI, and angiography, to inject contrast media into patients.
ANTICIPATED SOLICITATION RELEASE DATE:
The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about 10/24/2025 with responses due approximately 10 days thereafter. The solicitation will be available for download through the SAM website (https://www.sam.gov).

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
