Scope of Work
This requirement involves comprehensive preventive maintenance (PM), testing, inspection, and repair services for Arjo Huntleigh Therapeutic Tubs (Century model) and their associated utility and water support systems. Key tasks include:
- Weekly Certification Testing: Functionality tests (controls, autofill/flush, drain, scald protection, emergency stop), visual inspections of hoses, pipes, connections, and door seals.
- Monthly Certification Testing: Deep cleaning, scale removal, filter maintenance, electrical/general functional checks, and incoming water filter changes.
- Annual Certification Testing: Electrical installation inspection by authorized electricians, full performance tests, replacement of worn parts, and inventory label updates.
- Unscheduled Repairs: Up to three unscheduled repairs per unit during normal business hours (8 am-5 pm, M-F), with the contractor furnishing authentic Arjo Huntleigh parts.
All work must comply with TJC EC.02.04.03, TJC EC.02.05.01, CDC Healthcare WMP & Hot Tub/Whirlpool Toolkit, and Arjo/Arjo Huntleigh IFUs. Deliverables include Asset Inventory Records, PM Logs, Utility Labeling & Shutdown Procedures, and Condition Found Reports.
