Scope of Work

• Annual Service Plan: Four (4) preventative maintenance visits per year, break/fix hardware and software repair, regular software updates, unlimited hospital staff and super user training, unlimited on-site surgeon training, and support for 12 surgical procedures by ROSA Service Experts.
• Technical Support: Unlimited telephone technical support (M-F, 5:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST), virtual technical support response within 24 hours, and on-site response within 3 business days when needed.
• Parts & Personnel: All parts must be certified new from Zimmer Biomet. Service engineers and clinical applications specialists must be fully trained and certified by Zimmer Biomet.
• Reporting: A hardcopy or emailed service report is required after each repair or maintenance.

• Required Documentation: Authorized distributor letter (if not the OEM), documentation demonstrating technical capability to meet the Statement of Work, and pricing for all delivery periods. Offerors must also state agreement with terms or list exceptions.
• Evaluation Factors: Technical, Past Performance, and Price. The Government will use a comparative evaluation process to determine the best benefit, reserving the right to accept an offer other than the lowest price.
• Eligibility: Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and provide a statement that they are an OEM-authorized provider, including a manufacturer's letter. VAAR 852.212-71 prohibits gray market and counterfeit items.
