This solicitation is for Preventive Maintenance Inspection (PMI) and Corrective Maintenance services for Government Owned PHILIPS IMAGING EQUIPMENT at various Veterans Affairs facilities within Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 22. The equipment includes X-Ray and Ultrasound modalities.

• Provide all necessary labor, materials, supplies, parts, software, tools, equipment, travel, and transportation expenses.

• Perform manufacturer-recommended PMI duties, including maintenance checks, test procedures, imaging verification, visual inspection, function verification, interior cleaning, and electrical safety testing.
