Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide comprehensive software support, license entitlement, web-based application support, system patching, clinical implementation services, monitoring, reviews, and qualified personnel for Philips patient monitoring equipment at the Cheyenne Wyoming Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC).

• Provide all software versions released by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for Philips IntelliVue Central Monitoring Solutions, IntelliVue Bedside Monitoring, and IntelliBridge Enterprise Middleware immediately upon release.

• Offer application-based access and support for inventory, statistical, and alert information for Philips patient monitoring devices, applications, and network equipment.

• Perform Operating System (OS) patching on a quarterly basis, with potential for more frequent updates for new installations or repairs.

• Conduct onsite technical and clinical implementation services for full version upgrades and updates.

• Perform annual system requirements and health, risk management, and clinical workflow monitoring and assessment.

• Provide promotional services and discounts related to inter-dependent hardware associated with applicable software.

• All services must be performed in accordance with OEM specifications and by OEM-qualified specialists.

• Technicians must have working knowledge of specific Philips systems and equipment (PIIC IX servers, central monitoring stations, slave monitor systems, X3 modules, MX450s, MX500, MX750s, IntelliVue MX40s).

• Documentation/Reports must include detailed descriptions of maintenance procedures performed, including technician name, contract number, service number, dates/times, equipment downtime, VA purchase order number, and description of problems.

• Services are to be performed at the Cheyenne Wyoming Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC).

• Normal hours of coverage are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding federal holidays. Software update installations may be scheduled outside these hours.
