SPECIAL NOTICE
The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO21), 6900 North Pecos Road, North Las Vegas, NV 89086, intends to negotiate a sole source Firm-Fixed Price, base plus three option year (OY) contract for on-site Zeiss equipment repair and maintenance at VA Central California Healthcare System. The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Carl Zeiss Meditech USA Inc. has PROAIM to represent Zeiss related to Zeiss OPTIME Service Contracts and or on-Site Repair for Zeiss Products. PROAIMS technicians are OEM certified to provide parts and service compatible with the equipment. The technicians are also the only individuals authorized to install and maintain the equipment. The OEM will only guarantee work completed by these technicians. The government intends to award the contract on 01/17/2026 to PROAIM America s, LLC. 209 Bountiful Pointe Circle, Grover, MO 63040 SAM UEI: KECHQ6LN3HN7 CAGE CODE: 60B94 The estimated Period of Performance will be 01/17/2026-01/16/2030.
