Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive maintenance, repair, and support for MGC cardiac and pulmonary diagnostic systems. This includes:
- Preventative Maintenance (PM): Performed at manufacturer-recommended intervals, including all necessary software, parts, and service.
- Diagnostics & Repairs: On-site repairs with a 48-hour response time for requests. Exchange parts provided on a "Next Day" basis.
- Technical Support: Live, toll-free phone support and assistance with software updates and installation.
- Reporting: Submission of comprehensive service reports within 24 hours of service completion.
- Equipment Covered: MGC Treadmill/Ergometer, Spirometer, Ultima CPX Metabolic Stress Testing System, Body Plethysmograph, Gas Exchange Analysis System (Ultima CardiO2), and BreezeSuite HL7 Interface Software.
