This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services for Pulmonary and Cardiac Diagnostic Systems Maintenance. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 20 (NCO 20), is seeking these services for multiple locations within Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 20. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation is for the maintenance, repair, and support of Medical Graphics Corporation (MGC) cardiac and pulmonary diagnostic systems across various Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 20 facilities. The services include preventative maintenance, diagnostics, phone support, and on-site repairs to ensure systems are fully operational.

• Provide all software, parts, and service for preventative maintenance, diagnostics, phone support, and on-site repairs.

• Perform preventative maintenance (PM) at recommended manufacturer intervals.

• Respond to repair requests within 48 hours.

• Provide exchange parts on a "Next Day" basis.

• Offer live, toll-free technical support and phone support.

• Provide software updates and assist with installation.

• Submit comprehensive service reports within 24 hours of service completion.

• Not replace parts without prior VA Contracting Officer approval.

• Replace parts with new parts of equal or similar features and functionality.

• Support covers MGC Treadmill/Ergometer, Spirometer, Ultima CPX Metabolic Stress Testing System, Body Plethysmograph, Gas Exchange Analysis System (Ultima CardiO2), and BreezeSuite HL7 Interface Software.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price.

• Period of Performance: September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027.

• Option to Extend Services: Up to six (6) months available at the Government's discretion.
