The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, under authority of 41 U.S.C.1901, with AmeriWater, LLC of Dayton, OH for maintenance/service for two 00HC-2046 healthcare systems to include deionized (DI) tank exchange in accordance with JCAHO, OEM, and AAMI requirements.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 811210, Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, with a small business size Standard of $12.5 million.

This notice of intent is not a request for quotes or proposals. No contract award will be made based on quotations or proposals received in response to this notice. No solicitation document exists, and no telephone inquiries will be accepted.

A determination not to compete the requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
