This solicitation is for audiology onsite calibration services for Natus and Non-Natus Hearing & Balance Equipment at the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System. The contract includes a base year plus four option years, with calibrations to be performed twice a year. Certified technical phone support is also included.

• On-site calibration of audiology equipment twice per year.

• Certified technical phone support coverage.

• Provision of all necessary hardware, software, tools, and components for calibration.

• Submission of individual written service reports detailing services performed, including date/time, work completed, parts replaced, labor/travel hours, equipment serviced (description, ID, serial number), and purchase order number.

• Contractor must possess OEM experience and expertise for calibrations and technical phone support, with full access to all software (OEM privileges).

• All work must be performed by qualified personnel following manufacturer's instructions.

• Contractor must furnish all required test parts and equipment.

• Contract Period: Base year (03/01/2026 - 02/28/2027) plus four option years (03/01/2027 - 02/28/2031).

• The contract incorporates FAR clauses and VAAR clauses, including those related to Service Contract Labor Standards, electronic payment requests, and security background checks.

• Contractor employees requiring access to VA computer systems must undergo a background investigation.

• Normal working hours are 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday, excluding Federal Holidays.

• Overtime and holiday pay are the sole responsibility of the contractor.

Sources Sought Announcement

This is a Sources Sought Announcement for market research to identify potential sources capable of providing on-site Audiology Calibration Services twice a year for the Loma Linda VA Healthcare System (LLVAHCS) located in Loma Linda, CA. This is not a solicitation or request for proposals, and no contract award is guaranteed.
