Scope of Work
The requirement is for comprehensive preventative maintenance, service repair, and calibration services for a BetterBuilt R-630 animal cage and rack washer located at the VA Medical Center Research Department, 3350 La Jolla Village Dr, San Diego, CA. This includes all parts and labor, technical telephonic assistance, and unlimited service visits Monday through Friday (07:30 AM to 4:00 PM, excluding holidays). All work must be performed by competent, experienced, and certified service personnel. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing and replacing all necessary parts with new, compatible components and providing written documentation of all work performed. Scheduled maintenance requires at least two weeks' notice.
