Scope of Work
The contract requires comprehensive maintenance and support for the Data Innovation Instrument Manager (IM) software. Key services include:
- Responding to software errors with defined priority levels: Critical (1-hour), High (4-hour), Medium (24-hour), and Low (48-hour) response times.
- Providing software updates at no additional cost.
- Ensuring compliance with industry and government standards such as NFPA-99, TJC, NEC, OSHA, HIPAA, and Federal/VA security specifications.
- Maintaining equipment to meet or exceed OEM performance specifications.
