• A web-based patient queuing system solution that connects and maintains interoperability with various web-based applications, including laboratory services and VA-hosted services.

• Provision of hardware, software, annual software license, maintenance, support, and upgrades.

• Deployment of a Project Manager to oversee implementation.

• Remote software installation with collaboration from local VISN17 OI&T team.

• Onsite or virtual training for P&LMS staff, including service admins as super users.

• System features include queue by number, order tracking for electronic laboratory orders, documentation of no-shows, and real-time display of active orders and progress notes.

• All upgrades to equipment hardware and operating system software must be provided without additional charge.

• The system must be fully installable at all sites and assist with bidirectional connectivity to the VA network.

• The contractor must have an existing bidirectional Business Associate Agreement (BAA) at the time of award.

• Warranty for all components, including repair or replacement of malfunctioning equipment/parts.

• Service calls must be responded to within one hour, with full service covering parts, labor, and travel.

• Data capture for process improvements and gap analysis, including real-time data on patients served, waiting times, and turnaround times.

• Contractor must ensure technology/standards are consistent with VA policies and standards.

• Period of Performance: One 12-month base period, with up to four 12-month option periods at the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
