Eligibility & Submission

This market research aims to identify potential Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs), 8(a), HubZone, and other Small Businesses. The VA is mandated to consider a total set-aside for SDVOSBs, but an alternate set-aside or full and open competition may be determined if responses are inadequate.

Interested businesses must submit a capability statement detailing their qualifications and ability to perform the described work. Submissions must also include: company name, address, point of contact, phone, fax, email, DUNS number, CAGE Code, Tax ID Number, and type of small business.
