Potential Set-Aside & Limitations on Subcontracting
Based on market research, this requirement may be set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs), Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs), or Small Businesses, or procured through full and open competition. If set-aside, Limitations on Subcontracting (13 CFR §125.6) will apply, generally requiring the prime contractor to perform at least 50% of the cost of the contract for services with its own employees.
