Potential Set-Aside & Limitations on Subcontracting

Based on market research, this requirement may be set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs), Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs), or Small Businesses, or procured through full and open competition.
