The contractor must also furnish all repair parts, labor, transportation, and supplies (excluding paper and staples). Key tasks include:
- Service Calls: Respond within four working hours, initiate repairs within 24 hours (48 if parts are not in stock).
- Preventive Maintenance: At least one quarterly service call.
- Consumable Supplies: Monthly provision of sufficient supplies (excluding paper/staples), with additional requests delivered within 24 hours.
- Personnel: Fully qualified, manufacturer-trained or certified service, delivery, and management personnel.
