The contract currently covers one production machine (Model #PRO C5310C, Serial #84316339), with the number of units subject to change. Key tasks include mounting surge protectors, managing cables, and providing operator training.
Performance Requirements
Service calls require a 12-hour response time after notification of malfunction, during normal working hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, excluding Federal Holidays). The contractor must provide a dedicated telephone number and website for service calls and supply orders. All contractor maintenance personnel must be OEM Factory trained, English fluent, and adhere to VA regulations. Maintenance reports detailing service rendered are required upon completion of each call.
