Service calls require a 12-hour response time after notification of malfunction, during normal working hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, excluding Federal Holidays). The contractor must provide a dedicated telephone number and website for service calls and supply orders. All contractor maintenance personnel must be OEM Factory trained, English fluent, and adhere to VA regulations. Maintenance reports detailing service rendered are required upon completion of each call.
