Work must be performed twice annually (every six months) during after-hours (Mon-Fri 6 PM - 12 AM; weekends 7 AM - 6 PM) to avoid disrupting patient care. The use of commercial chemical cleaners, hot water rinsing, and proper disposal of chemical-water mix is required. Contractors must replace any items broken during the process and report existing damages.
Contract Details & Requirements
This is a Firm Fixed Price contract with a base period from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027, and four one-year option periods, extending through July 31, 2031. The estimated annual value is $45,600. Key requirements include:
- A minimum of three (3) years of specialized continuous experience.
- General Contractors must possess a 30-hour OSHA course certification.
