This solicitation requires Dedicated Internet Service for the US Embassy Jakarta Tail Site, encompassing OpenNet Extension and NEN Broadband Internet. Services are needed for multiple Embassy locations, including warehouses (Hang Jebat, Pondok Pinang), CMR, DCMR, ASEAN CMR, and the Health Unit. Key requirements include:

• Bandwidth: Minimum 100 Mbps for OpenNet, up to 300 Mbps for NEN services.
• Service Quality: High-end, professional grade, dedicated, "always-on" with unlimited usage, preferably fiber optic or terrestrial connectivity.
• Technical Specifications: Unfiltered symmetrical dedicated internet, Fiber Optic to TSEF Room, A/28 subnet static Public IPs, 50-micron SC fiber connector, 1/1 Connection Ratio (no bandwidth sharing), no Network Address Translation (NAT), permission for all IP protocols and Customer VPN encryption devices.
• SLA: Packet Loss <=0.5%, Availability 99.9%.
• Compliance: Section 889 of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) compliance is mandatory.
• Deliverables: Initial installation services for all specified locations.

Contract Details

• Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP) per month.
• Period: One (1) base year with four (4) one-year option periods.
• Currency: Prices must be quoted in Indonesian Rupiah, with Value Added Tax (VAT) priced as a separate line item.
• Set-Aside: None specified; open competition. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
