This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 12.6. It constitutes the only solicitation, and no separate solicitation document will be issued. The government is procuring Adalet Quik-Thread™ High-Voltage Couplers.

• Item 1: Male Plug (QPML415ATFB) – Quantity: 7 Each

• Item 2: Female Receptacle (QSFL415ATFBBR) – Quantity: 9 Each

• All units must be 15kV, 500A rated with PTFE (Teflon) "TF" series non-breakable insulators.

• Shipping cost must be included.

• Contract type: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procurement.

• Delivery Date: 60 days from award.

• Payment Terms: Net 30 after delivery and receipt of invoice.

• Submission Deadline: April 15, 2026, at 1:00 PM ET.

• Evaluation: Award will be made to the responsible quoter with the lowest total evaluated price, whose quote is acceptable for all non-price evaluation factors. No discussions are anticipated.

• Total Small Business Set-Aside: Only quotes submitted by Small Businesses will be accepted.

• Quality Assurance & Compliance: Requires certified factory test reports for Dielectric Withstand and Corona Extinction per IEEE 48-1990 for each serialized unit, and a written guarantee of intermateability with existing 15kV "TF" series infrastructure.
• Acceptance Criteria: Contingent upon visual inspection (no damage), continuity check (successful dry-run mating), and receipt of all technical data sheets and installation manuals.
