• Site Visits: A formal site visit is not scheduled or mandatory, but independent visits to recreation sites are strongly encouraged.
• Site List: Attachments 1 and 2 contain the complete list of locations for pricing at the BPA level. Individual BPA Calls may use a subset of these items.
• Service Days/Frequencies: Service days and frequencies are fixed and cannot be altered by the contractor. Specific days are outlined for recreation sites and office/work centers.
• Incumbent Pricing: Historical data for the previous contract (12444121D0010) is available, including the total value of task orders ($281,128.63). Incumbent pricing beyond this will not be released.
• Furnished Items: The Government will furnish cleaning solutions, disinfectants, deodorizers, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and basic janitorial equipment for the District Office & Work Center. The contractor must furnish these items for recreation sites, along with specific trash bags, toilet paper, and any required equipment not provided by the Government.
• All-Inclusive Pricing: Unit prices must include all travel, fuel, disposal, landfill/recycling, and route-related costs. Trash disposal and recycling are contractor responsibilities.
• Subcontracting: Attachment 4 (Subcontractor Consent Form) is the only required subcontracting document at quote submission. It requires completion by each major subcontractor and includes provisions for past performance release and independent references.
• Performance Monitoring: The COR will perform inspections, monitor performance, notify of deficiencies, and provide technical interpretations. A formal QASP or checklist is not provided. Missed services or weather-related issues may result in directed work, payment deductions, or mutually agreeable rescheduling.

• The solicitation is amended as set forth in Item 14.
