• Price: Will be the determining factor after technical acceptability.

• Set-Aside: Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE).

• NAICS Code: 325612, Polish and Other Sanitation Good Manufacturing.

• Size Standard: 900.

• Offers are solicited only from Indian Economic Enterprises that are also small business concerns. Offers from enterprises that are not both will not be considered.

• Prospective contractors should review FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors) and FAR 52.212-2 (Evaluation).

• All required representations and certifications must be completed in the vendor's SAM.gov profile.

• Payment requests must be submitted electronically through the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Internet Payment Platform System (IPP).
